IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING POSTING JOBS FOR MAILMAN STUDENTS AND ALUMNI:

We are excited to announce the launch of Mailman eRecruiting. This new online system will enhance your ability to reach our students with job and internship opportunities and maximize your recruitment efforts by streamlining many of the recruiting options we provide. As in the past, use of our services will be at no charge. In order to use Mailman eRecruiting as an employer, you must register with the system by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the following link to access our employer login page: http://mailman.erecruiting.com/emp/sblogin

Step 2: Select "Create an Account" in the blue box on the right.

Step 3: Enter your email address and click "Submit". This will assure that you don't already have an account with Experience.

Step 4: Fill in all other required fields, agree to the "Terms of Service" and click the "Submit" button to complete the account creation process

Step 5: After your Experience account has been created, link to Columbia University by simply logging in through www.experience.com, go to schools (in the grey navigation bar) and then click on "link your schools". You will see the schools that you can choose from, and you should select "Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health".

Step 6: Once you have selected to link to our school, you will then have the option to enter the school key or you can click on "request access", which will send us a message letting us know you want to link. After we approve your request to link (via e-mail), you can post as many jobs to Mailman eRecruiting as you desire free of charge.



Your request for access should be approved in 1-2 business days. You will then receive an email to indicate you have access to Mailman eRecruiting. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at kas2124@columbia.edu or 212.342.3600.
